Hi Prashanth:
Good to read you here again. Do go back and visit Malnad; I look forward to the pictures.
(I'll try chai too, when I go there next week!)

After couple of disappointments during my early visits to MalenaaDu, now I stick to 'tea' instead, during my visits... coffee in hotels are just sugar syrups with a tinge of coffee...

Angadi - an infromative post... time to plan a visit.

Despite knowing that the Vasanthaparameshwari Temple is believed to the place where the even occurred, I skipped dropping in. After my visit to the 3 temples (which had the charm of oldness before they began restoration) and the bastis, I took a casual glance at the new temple and headed back. Now that you say the deities inside are old, I am beginning to feel that perhaps I should have taken a look. Hopefully next time, as it won't be long before I make another visit. Thanks for the info.
