Veggie in Jap

The waiters shout Japanese looking at no one in particular. From behind the counter the cooks second the shout, in a so deep voice. When they're ready with your meal they reach it to you on a long oar. I haven't eaten in such surroundings anywhere in Japan. This was my last lunch in the US on this trip, and it was fun.
